1. Refund Policy for Digital Books
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital books are final and non-refundable. We recommend verifying the product details before purchase.
2. Refund Policy for Printed Books
Eligibility for Returns:
Printed books can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Books must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Returns due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect address.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, if applicable.
Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
In cases of our error, we will cover return shipping costs and refund the original shipping charges.
